This is my little boy Tristen. He is 6 years old and has down syndrome. February 2013 Tristen was also diagnosed with type 1 diabetes. Because of the diagnose of down syndrome he can not communicate when hes having high or low blood sugar. We constantly poke his little fingers to test him but he always has a smile.
